Step 1 — Remote assessment​

We first connect remotely to assess the device condition.

Step 2 — Pickup​

If physical inspection is needed, we arrange on-site device pickup at a time convenient for you.

Step 3 — Diagnosis & quote​

Our technician performs a thorough inspection and provides a detailed quote. We only proceed after receiving your approval.

Step 4 — Repair & return​

Once repaired and fully tested, your device is delivered back via Grab.

⚠️ Pickup & return service is only available within Ho Chi Minh City.

Notes​

• Grab pickup & return fees are paid by the customer.
• Replacement parts are quoted separately based on actual cost.
• Pre-existing hardware damage is not covered under warranty.
