How it worksβ
Step 1 β Remote connectionβ
We connect to your computer using professional remote support tools to diagnose and resolve issues directly.

Step 2 β Issue resolutionβ
Our technician resolves the issue directly on your machine. Based on our experience, 80% of issues are resolved within 60 minutes.
Step 3 β Pickup (if needed)β
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely (e.g. hardware failure), we will arrange to pick up your device for hands-on inspection and repair.
Step 4 β Return via Grabβ
Once repaired and fully tested, your device is delivered back to you via Grab.
